Hahahahahaha! 😂🤣 How true! This morning I congratulated myself for finishing off the giant tub of spinach before it went bad. Didn't make the bonus points - eating it before the sell by date.

I put them in baggies and freeze them the day I but them or the next. Frozen they blend much better if you make smoothies. I crumble them in the baggies before putting them in the machine. No waste!
