Chicken dipped in. Honey mustard. Dredged in ground pecans. Baked. Cabbage and spinach garlic onion pepper flakes bacon fat and pepper flakes (parmesan optional ) mom made this. Trying to stay on my woe not bad for a newbie. She diddnt measure. Her doctor says her calcium is high so the only explanation is that calcium is fat soluable and her good cholesterol is in high.
