This is the first time I weighed after breakfast and after drinking lots of water. I hope that is the reason for a 2.5 lb gain! because I haven't been eating badly. I hope everyone has a good day! Peace...

most likely it is. And if its not, dont let it stress you out, keep it up because it may be like me. The other day I weighed, I was 207, the next day, 208..I almost cried. But then the next day I was down to 206 so dont fret.

My weight goes up and down all the time. But just look at your weight graph - its fantastic. Keep it up.
