was going to have a treat meal with a friend in a restaurant today. I
It did not taste as I thought it would , Ginger beef with absolutely no ginger taste . not going to waste calories eating food that doesn't taste good. the old me would have eaten it anyway and not complained. the waitress did not offer to replace it for me. paid for it ... will not go there again. got one slice of Hawaiian pizza else where and enjoyed it immensly. one thing I learned losing the first 75 pounds is not to deprive myself. have a resonance portion of a treat food , then right back to sensible healthy eatiing. already hard boiled my eggs for the week. bought a case of mangoes as my new food to try out and making skinny chicken cacciatore. have also made a plan for activity with my friend for the week to come.
