Vicki— do you prepare the sweet onions yourself? I use Vidalias— make a big batch, portion them out and freeze them. Love them. I like sauerkraut but the sodium is a little much for my way of eating.

Not sure by what you mean to "prepare" the onions? It was just raw Vidalia onions sliced

Oh I thought maybe they were carmalized, just couldn’t tell. Looks darn good.
