First thing in the morning Bday suit weight... Going to be doing the family walk tomorrow and final weigh in is the 29th I believe. Going to be weighing in every few days to hopefully help stay on top of it. Any encouragement is very much appreciated, so if you have a second to stop and say go team, that would be awesome of you. Have a wonderful weekend!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

GO TEAM!!! . I keep my scale in the kitchen under the step stool. Not sure what my wife would say if she walked in and I was standing there in my Bday suit...
