well i am soooooo close to my first mini goal i had planned by may 16th and i am sooooo soooo close to that goal! i was hoping i would have hit the goal today but ill take the 3.4 loss in 2 weeks but of course i wanted more!!! haha! i am gonna try this I F starting today and let me tell you my stomach is growling at me so loud right now haha! If i do 12 what is the end time? between 6 and 8? which is best? should i still eat the calories i normally eat?

I really gotta start uping my water intake. Its just so hard! but one day at a time, right?

Wonderful!! Congratulations, keep up the good work. I think you look fantastic!!! My personal trainer wanted me to join this today. However, I appears that I have the opposite problem of most everyone else on here! I need to gain weight! 😟

'Grates indeed! Damn good progress by you. If you do the IF thing, I would say is that you eat up to what ever your target cal intake is, you just do it in a defined time window. What that window is, is up to you. I do a 16:8 and eat between 11am and 7pm simply because that fits nicely with the way my days run. @Dean195958.. welcome aboard. I wouldn't say you have an opposite problem. Its weight management no mater the direction you want to go which comes down to accountability, mindfulness, and support . All which, for myself, I find with this site and the community here.
