It's incredible how in a small portion of a food can have so many calories? On Monday I consumed 1232 calories, on Tuesday I started Intermittent Fasting 5: 2 = You can eat normally 5 days and two days have only 500 calories, so I consumed 500 calories Tuesday, 2079 calories yesterday and today I will have another 500, tomorrow I will eat normal, I will try to eat a little less than 2000, yesterday I did not eat too much , but I had some little treats. I know that with 1500 calories per day I can lose one pound a week, this month with intermittent fasting I lost 7.6 lbs. Now my question is, How many calories do I eat when I gain weight? I don't know, I have been using the app only to track my healthy foods but from now I am going to put on my list every thing that go to my mouth, the last year I did good keeping my weight about 9- 10 months then I left the app.The only thing I am sure is that I don't get fat from smelling a chocolate bar, I eat it haha . Two years ago I was eating a lot of homemade fattening food . oh boy ! I miss those days but not my 147.4 lbs
114.2 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
