A good start and follow-thru today so far.
Intermittent fasting, so I eat between 12 noon-8 pm. Checked my weight and blood sugar. The scale is down slightly and that is a good thing. Went for a 1mile walk...this week is 1mile per day, next week 1.5 miles per day for 2 weeks, etc. until I get to 5 miles per day. At some point along the way, I will be adding weights and resistance training to this plus yoga and meditation at bedtime. Having Afib, I have to be careful. Anyway, came home and checked my blood sugar again and just that 1mile walk dropped my sugar 20 points. Drove home right passed the Wawa and Dunkin’...good for me!

Made myself an espresso when I got home and a delicious brunch of Bob Evans sausage, 1 scrambled egg, 3 Compari tomatoes and a small slice of ShopRite Ancient Grain Bread with Smart Balance Creamy Peanut Butter. (High in Omega 3)
Paperwork and house work for the rest of the day with Netflix and my cats as company. A peaceful day.

Dinner is steak and shrimp stir fry with peppers, onions, sugar snap peas, broccoli and green beans. Frank will have brown rice. I will not.
