Today:

Strawberries and Perrier ‘smoothie’. Practically no calories.
Scrambled Salsa & Cheddar eggs with sausage.
Spinach and baby greens salad with tomato, cukes, radishes & scallions, fresh ground pepper.
Organic whole wheat spaghetti with white clam sauce and Parmesan, fresh ground pepper.

(Walked 1.1 miles today at the park.)

PS- To all of you food photographers out there...if you took a little bit of time to plate your meals, you would enjoy them more. As in a restaurant, your food should LOOK at least as good as it tastes. (I could have done better setting up the salad & that bowl of spaghetti. They look good, but could have looked better. They were quick snapshots right before I ate.)
