I forgot to write down most of what I ate, yesterday. I was on the diet until evening, when I drank too much wine and ate a stick of butter with tortillas. Pigged out.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
