Despite the terrible weather (Michigan Spring, worst spring ever), I am sticking to my keto and almost always now getting one solid hour of dog walking in. I am seeing results.

If my results remain fairly constant, I may hit 199 (goal) by mid summer (fingers crossed!).

I'm a Michigander too, so ready for spring! Woke up to it spitting more snow this morning 🙁. Your doing good keeping up the walking through this, I also make myself walk my dogs twice a day. Wish you the best in your journey to being a healthier you!
