Kenna Morton's Journal, 15 April 2018

I was entering my dinner numbers in tonight and after I finished I questioned where all of the sodium came from. I discovered that the spinach that I had selected to enter listed 350 mg of sodium for 1/4 cup. So, if your values don’t sound right, they probably aren’t.

I just googled it and it and the nutrition data site gives it 5.9 for a quarter cup. Quite a difference!

There are plenty of errors in the nutritional data entries... I scan them quickly to see if they look out of kilter before entering them. On the internet website, you can edit the data, which I've done.
