Yesterday was wt in I lost 1 lb. I guess it’s better then gaining.

Absolutely! You need to celebrate that 1 lb loss cause 1 lb .... + 1 lb at a time even adds ‘down lol’ to health and fitness eventually! Yay! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Don’t weigh daily. Weigh once a week, some time of day (morning is best right after you pee and no clothes!) Otherwise you’ll think you’re yo-yoing and get discouraged. 1 lb either way can be the difference in pooping or not ... for instance😉🤓
