my weight on my darn mind 24-7(yes i know i need to stop obsessing,but i cant) and the reason why is the damn(sorry)numbers on the scale, but anyways the reason is i'm not losing any weight at all and yes i did cheat on saturday but i got back on track on sunday but the scale is not moving and its been about 10days since the first day only two lbs lost(NOT CLOSE TO WHAT I NORMALLY LOOSE AT ALL).. i need the big drop that always happens when i start thats one of the things that attracted me to this diet but my body is just not focusing at all.. maybe its all the stress and depression i'm going through but then again i've been miserble for the past 6 months or so but i'm always lost alot the first couple weeks.. i dont know what the problem is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats what i get for not sticking with it the first time(sigh).

You can't lose on this diet if you don't stop eating high carb foods for the duration, but I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. Even if you were able to cheat before your metabolism might have slowed since then. Just stick to it 100% for 2 weeks of induction and then see wether you are losing or not. Sticking to it will help your stress level too.

Awh, I'm sorry you are having a hard time! Just remember that you are not alone girl!! There are some of us right there w/ you as far as getting back to the way we were!!! I'm rootin' for ya!

yes i've realized that but what i'm saying is that i'm not losing the amount i usually loose the first few days which is probably one of the reasons that i cheated too.and sometimes when i do cheat a day i actually loose to. but nothing is working.. F*** it, i just have to suck it up and just do it and see what happens i have no choice at all anyways! not only do i have to deal with crap in my life and relationship i have to deal with my weight on top of it and all these damn appointments ugggghhhhhhhhhh!!!
