So the doctor visit this morning was not too bad. I have only gained 0.6 lbs. since last Wednesday and they went easy on me. They didn't even write me up a "pink slip". Maybe you have to gain more than a lb. before that kicks in.

My aunt is safely on her way back home. Now to donate the rest of the goodies in the house to my skinny friends and family members. Muahahaha! I'll keep the hibiscus tea she gifted me. It's pretty tasty.

Make sure that you wear the same clothes, don't have any change in your pockets and don't have a big breakfast before you weigh in. So many things can cause your weight to vary.

Yeah, I try to wear the same outfit everytime, too, but every once in a while I have to change the outfit because I keep going down in sizes. I even take my shoes and jewelry off. The good thing is that the weigh in is always on Weds. at the same time in the morning so I just wait 'til after the weigh in to eat or drink any water.
