Wow, I have slacked on here. Thankfully NO I haven't gained anything back.

I an no longer doing keto but I am still doing lower carbs,lower sugars, calorie restriction for the day, and working in more exercise in my week.

So, getting ready to hit the beach tomorrow for the weekend, Bought a suit to work my way to, I fit in it. I underestimated what I lost I guess, or their sizing info.

My ex, well he came came back and was were just roommates. So, I accepted that, painfully. Not sure wtf we are now. as of a few days ago, He is back to holding my hand sleeping in my bed, cuddling, calling me sweetie,and and sweetheart his usual pet names and telling me he loves me. I' just going to let it be, because it might be just habit for hi not a change of heart. The plans are, he moves out of state in july and he hasn't stated anything differnt. So, in my head i'll make the best of a bad situation, loose as much weight as I can before its permanent, just in case I fall off the progress out of depression. I hope I won't.

So, I made keto snack pack, cheese, meats, boiled eggs, lettuce wraps, hummus, veggies, instant coffee and stevia packs, so I have less of an urge to cheat. But I admit I am going to eat up all the seafood i can afford. <3

It sounds like you are doing the best you can in a bad situation I think you are wise to protect you heart. You are doing well. I love seafood too. :)
