Feeling totally crappy today. I did well over the weekend and kept within my calorie allowances (even set my RDI% less than what is recommended and still stayed "in bounds") and exercised every day in addition to working hard outside, yet I gained three pounds over the weekend. I don't get it. Maybe this loss really is water.... I don't know. And now I'm really irregular--I thought eating healthy food would make my body work better, but I go signifcantly less now that I don't eat all the fats and junk. I feel like I need to go and go and go. I hate laxatives, but I might have to try something. The coffee and pineapple and prunes are just NOT getting it.
