How are you finding it? Does it matter when the fasting hours are? I find it easy not to eat after about 3 or 4pm, but have read it’s best the fasting hours are in the morning time, I’m so confused!

It's going well so far. I'm doing 16 off and 8 on. I only eat from noon to 8pm.
