Every1's Journal, 10 April 2018

Today, got busy in the office so I did not get to eat lunch. By the time I got home I was starving. I will say at least I did not stop and eat crap to make up for the missed meal. I fall prey to this during this time of year at work. I think I will pack more snacks so, if I do miss lunch I can have something without going into starvation mode. I ate dinner early and do not think I will eat again unless it is a piece of fruit. Now, if I could incorporate exercise, then I will be back in the swing of things.
