I have started a almost-vegan diet I still am allowing myself to consume coconut oil and honey if it is in something I am eating and not adding it. I feel great already and have a lot more energy than most days. I never knew that oatmeal could fill you and give you energy this is my new go-to breakfast. I plan on trying to maintain this diet till the first week of may but am just going to take baby-steps and take it day by day and not get to made if I have a treat here and there.
