I really like this diet calander feature where I can add in what I eat and what the calories are. I just started doing it yesterday and I can see that it's going to make me want to eat healthier since it's all out in the open what I eat. Today I did eat a 100 calorie pack of cookies that was not on the list and I'm to tired to enter it in. Now if I can just get motivated to exercise then I will really be getting somewhere.
