I'm stuck on my diet for a week. Its so discouraging that I changing it today. I'm in pain and nothings happens. Run 5k almost every day and nothing. My boyfriend says that I make muscles but I know that this is white lie. This diet didn't work for my last 5 kilos. I change it with Dr. Pierre Dukan Diet. I loose one kilo at week on this diet. You can eat more carbs from fiber but you must reduce the fats. Its very effective for me.
