Hmmm dont seem to have lost anything just yet. But then iv only just started... again! Am not going to record a weigh in until ive lost something! It maybe a while! Am off to the gym tomorrow to sign up so with my diet and lots of exercise i should soon be seeing the results! Am rather excited! Looking forward to seeing my graph going down rather than up! Am enjoying the shakes rather a lot! Chocolate is deffo the one for me! But i think ill go and buy the banana one and throw a real nana in there too. Keeps me fuller for longer! Anyway must go. Promise to write again tomorrow! Over and out!

Don't panic - I'm sure you'll see a loss soon. I haven't lost anything since Saturday either - it just happens sometimes! Good luck with the gym visit tomorrow - that's definitely the way to boost the weight loss! Chocolate's my favourite too, although I make sure I strictly rotate between the five different flavours to ensure I don't get bored. Great idea about mixing it with some fruit! I must try that one!!
