DAMN.
Managed to eat 3 or maybe 4 pieces of a terrys chocolate minty orange. And far to many pringles.
NOT a good day. Am going to bed.
Why cant i be like all the others on here and lose some bloody weight?!
And dont say its cos i eat crap, i know that already!
Tomorrow is another day.

Hmmm dont seem to have lost anything just yet. But then iv only just started... again!
Am not going to record a weigh in until ive lost something! It maybe a while!
Am off to the gym tomorrow to sign up so with my diet and lots of exercise i should soon be seeing the results! Am rather excited!
Looking forward to seeing my graph going down rather than up!
Am enjoying the shakes rather a lot! Chocolate is deffo the one for me! But i think ill go and buy the banana one and throw a real nana in there too. Keeps me fuller for longer!
Anyway must go. Promise to write again tomorrow!

Really Pee'd off today.
Stupidly i got on the scales only to find that ive actually put on weight!
B*****ks. So i ate 3 biscuits and 2 very small chocolates. Do i feel better? YES. Do i regret it, oh yes!
Gonna go and take the boys out for a long walk and then go to the gym this afternoon for the first time since my accident! Woohoo. Ill sleep well tonight!
