How does someone lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks then gain a full pound in one day?!?! While eating 200-400 less calories no less! Spike of anger immediately and almost used that anger to work out but 3 kids started saying they were hungry so.. I had soup instead. Have a feeling my hour on the gazelle will be more like 2 hours. Thankfully I have about 12 shows recorded on DVR. May see how many I can get through before I get nauseous(usually happens after 45-60 minutes straight when I’m ‘pumping’). Vit D is extremely low so I need the weather to warm up so I can walk outside without a hat and jacket. 5k iu in gummies isn’t keeping it up.

I assume so. I’m not too worried but this is why I can’t weigh daily like hubby lol. Tomorrow is my weigh in day with a friend so I’ll weigh 3-4 days in a row then I think just twice a week. :)

Normally I just lose weight once a week, the other days my weight is up and down, I don't stress about it .
