Have been doing well this week. Recorded foods most days, If not actually listed all foods at least counted carbs for each meal so I know where I am. Weigh in tomorrow. after having lost almost 4 pounds last week (first weight loss in 6 weeks, but have lost inches) I am anxious to see where the scale lands--my new theory is I tell the scale where to land and it will happen. You have to really believe it will happen that way for it to be true. So tomorrow I will have lost at least 3 pounds dont need to weigh myself, as I know it will happen, but will anyway to keep me honest.
