Screwed up on the night of the 7th (morning of the 8th, actually). Did a shot at the "Party of the Year" - a graduation party of sorts. It had alcohol (vodka, I think) and fruit juice and I'm not sure what else. Have been running on very slow sleep. Night of the 6th (morning of the 7th), slept 2 hours - last final on the 7th. Then, slept from 5 am to 6 am on the morning on the 8th. My best friend of 11 years came to spend 2 days with us (I haven't seen her in a over a year, I suspect) plus I had all the shopping and running around (in the heat) to do for my trip. Was out a lot, haven't slept in my own bed since the night of the 6th. Anyway, so on the 8th, went for lunch and decided to just screw it because of the shot weighing on my conscience. Had pieces of most of the items in the bread basket: croissant, bun, doughnut, etc. with butter for the bun. Then had half a Roast Beef sandwich (with one fry and ketchup) and one pancake (with syrup and honey). In the night, had a can of diet pepsi at a movie and a Roast Chicken 6" sub. On the morning of the 8th, I weighed 70 kg (despite the shot it seems - I know now that the shot really wasn't such a big deal but I'm describing it as I felt in the moment). On the morning of the 9th, I was 72. Ate some popcorn and 2 sweet lemon ice teas. Weigh 70.something in the night and 71.5 around midnight. Slept 3 hours on the night of the 8th (morning of 9th, really). SUCH LITTLE SLEEP. Think it's all adding up now. Feeling ill, throat's hurting. And I have all the packing to do tonight. Tired. Considering getting some sleep before I get to it. Broke down a bit in the evening, a lot of disappointment and worries and stresses about the trip. Still don't have many basics..anxious about if I will be okay. I know the info above's messy but it's all there: food and sleep. Had to record this all somewhere. Will convert and enter info into Atkins later.
