The scale is a cruel thing! I had some ham and dressing for dinner last night and this was the result! Regardless of what the scale has to say today I’m up and dressed ( my daughter has an allergy appointment today over a mystery breakout that keeps happening and her last appointment was very irritating so I’m stressed out going back) I noticed that my shirt and jeans actually look better today. The shirt I’m wearing I haven’t put on in months because last time I tried it on it was too tight. I like loose fitting clothes but today the shirt fits so the scale can shut up because the shirt shows me that this gain is the end of the world!
