I wonder if eating at my rdi one day and then eating below my rdi the next day will help me lose weight? Confuse my fat brain. My rdi is 2300. I could eat this one day. Or should I eat at what my bmr is? My bmr is 1900. I have my rdi set at 1600. I don't think I could eat 2300 everyday or even every other day. To me that seems like way too much. 1900 or 2000 I could do though. Maybe 1900 one day and 1600 the next day? I wonder if this works? Time to do some research....

I've actually heard that you want to mix up your calories because your tricking your body. One day have 1400 the next have 2000. This is what I try and do and just keep an eye on my monthly average.
