Gave myself a new mini goal: Get down to 190 by June 2nd. When I made this goal for myself I was bloated and feeling like crap so it's a bit of a stretch but doable. Significance of June 2nd? My mother is coming up from Florida - she hasn't seen me since last October which was right before I started my weight loss journey. A weight of 190 would yield a total weight loss of 75 lbs. I'm so pumped for this! I'm going to do the slimfast diet for 7 weeks - God help me!
213.5 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
