Thank you! I'm working! It is very hard for me to drop weight. I'm grateful. Going to do a Whole30 starting April 2, 2018 to get a diet reset. I want to focus on eating whole foods. Whole30 is low carb by default because all grains, legumes, dairy, sugar, soy... are excluded for 30 days.
