I’m adjusting my calorie intake to 1200 going to see what the results turn up then. I’m also going to push the water in take as recommended by my doctor and no more eating after dinner unless my blood sugar drops too low 💪🏼 Have a great weekend everyone. Thanks for the help & support 💕
