I see folks posting about high protein on here all the time. I get that there are non meat, protein sources like nuts, legumes, neither of which I’m a fan. I’m not much of a meat eater, have eaten more meat since I started this a month ago, but I really fairly dislike it.
One more pot roast and I’m done.

I have been taking whole food nutritional yeast. It is only 7 grams for 2 tablespoons but it does have Cystine, Histidine, Isoleucine and so many more. I don't add it to food. I put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon. I would not be able to drink a protein supplement and I'm not sure if I would want to if I could. I haven't read anything negative about it yet!

High protein is not a silver bullet. Go with what you don't have to struggle to follow, not what others say is 'the way' .

Cool, thanks. I’ve been okay with a few slices of salami with my cheese and veggies for breakfast but otherwise I really struggle with meat. It’s usually my last choice, and I’m particular about legumes. I really appreciate the input.

I cook tofu in some chicken broth & veggies when I need some protein & am not feeling the meat. It is quite good that way. Good luck!

What does the yeast taste like? Or do I want to know?
