I guess yesterday when I weighed myself it was in the afternoon/after eating some food. And maybe the first time was too. This time I made sure to weigh myself in the morning when I woke up, and without all my clothes on. I think my weight a few weeks ago was in reality much closer to this. The 7 extra pounds were probably mostly accounted for by clothing/just having eaten a big meal. I may have lost some weight, but not as much as it seems. Anyway, from here on out, things will be more legit.
