My past diet was screwed up because I was weighing myself at various times. i.e. it said I lost 3.4 pounds in a day but that was clearly just me being incompetent at weighing myself. So here is to a fresh start, weighing myself in the mornings when I wake up.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
