Ok just curious....how many of you reward yourself with something (not food) when you reach a “benchmark “ ??? My first reward was expensive perfume. My second was sexy drawers 😉....trying to figure out what I will do with next reward.....share please so I might get some good ideas! I know when I reach my goal weight I’m taking a special trip with my hubby.
