I'm on Day 2 of Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred n boy am i freakin' beat! i also did some grocery shopping and i am sooooo proud of myself for not getting any hot pockets.. even tho i passed by there a couple of times lol this is a life change..NOT a diet.. so i figure i might enjoy a hot pocket when i lose 10 more lbs..lol
I went to my aunts house today.. from about 11-6 and was cleaning pretty much the whole time so im sure i burned a good amount of calories doing that too.
Oh, i'm also not trying not to eat meat .. i started on sunday (4/4/2010)and i'm trying to go for a week without eating meat.. it's not really a big deal so if i do, no biggie because i'm really only eating chicken, no red meat.
