I just started another round of 21 day fix. I've gotten off the wagon and just love my carbs and sweets too much. Was chatting with another 21 Day fix buddy yesterday and she also is trying to rope herself back in. You would believe it is easy to hop back on, when you just tire of trying (for the short term). I weighed in yesterday and it was 248.4. We ate a late dinner and unhealthy dinner (Cookout - burger, fries, onion rings, and banana pineapple milkshake) and then I remembered the following morning i had to weigh in. Eeek!
