I've been going through my old weight history and it's made me really very sad. I got down to 200 even. A pound away from my second goal. And now I gained everything plus some back. It's so disheartening. I wish I had the time to focus on me and my health like I did back then. I was so motivated and doing so well and I was so happy... I've been completely unmedicated for a while now. I keep calling to make an appointment but I never get calls back and they don't give phone refills. I'm so fucked. It's affecting my job and mental state too. I can't handle anything. I'm about to end things with the guy I've been seeing for about a month. I miss Josh. Should I change his name, Internet? I'm not going to end things with Daniel because I miss Josh, just, I don't really think he's interested any longer and just doesn't want to upset me or anger me. So, I cut them before they can cut me.
