OK, today was an off day as far as food and drink, 400 calories above limit. I guess I'll make up for it by doing a 24 hour fast one day this week - probably Thursday. I couldn't log all my food yesterday because dinner was a recipe I made in bulk and to be honest, felt too put upon to log every single ingredient and then divide by four. It was a keto recipe though, and I had one portion -so I think it will be OK even though I'm sure the recipe doesn't consider a 5'2" women who weighs 116 lbs as maybe needing a smaller portion...and every once in a while I need a vacation from logging as long as I'm mindful. I'm dealing with an abscess and infected nerve in my tooth - therefore the stiff drink. Root canal tomorrow. :(
115.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
