2day is technically my 2nd day keeping actual track of my diet results. Although, i have actually been on the SB diet since new years & have tried it b4 in the past to shed quick weight but...didnt stick 2 it through the holidays :0( but this time, i weighed myself & decided to really try to reach my goal to make a healthier, happier, sexier me!!! i'm excited & optimistic because i KNOW firsthand that this diet DOES WORK!!! so...lets get our skinny on!!! yay

THE BEST WAY 2 PREPARE UR SNACKS IS TO GET THEM READY RIGHT WHEN U GET HOME FROM THE STORE!!! BUY BABY CARROTS, CUCMBERS & CELERY (CUT THEM FOR SNACKING & PACK THEM INTO A TUPPERWARE CONTAINER FOR EASY ACCESS) TAKE A HANDFUL OF NUTS IN A LITTLE BAGGY. PRE ROLL UR TURKEY OR LEAN HAM (DELI) INTO ROLLUPS & KEEP IT INTERESTING WITH HEALTHY DIPS (IE:FAT FREE PLAIN YOGURT, CREAM CHEESE, LIGHT SOUR CREAM, OR COTTAGE CHEESE WITH SPINACH & FRENCH ONION SOUP (MY FAVE DIPS) ADD SALMON 4 A WHOLESOME LUNCH OR EVEN TRY HUMMUS---IT SEEMS NASTY FOR THE AMATEURS BUT ITS AWESOME WITH VEGGIES!!!)
