I started on Monday and so far so good. I do find myself going to the grocery store more often this week because there are several great recipes on this site. Who keeps ricotta cheese on hand anyway? I'll be your buddy!

You have to be careful when it comes to peanut butter. Make sure there isn't any added sugar. As far as the amount, I'd try to limit it to a couple of tablespoons a day.
