Another small gain today. Bummer! As I am under my calories for the day. Must be the carbs as I treated myself to a donut yesterday. Will keep at it.
203.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
