We all fall off! The important thing is that you get back on and try again :) If it was easy none of us would be on here! Hang in there! 

You can do it! It is hard, eventually your thinking will change and it will become easier. We tried to be on Atkins for almost two years and just since early November have we been really following it fully! With each passing day it gets easier. Keep up the good work! You can do this! If I can, you can! 

Please do not give in to this. Look at yourself in the mirror and decide to defeat it!
