Well, well, well. i fell of the wagon...so sad.

I guess it was the eating way less calories than i needed. it finally caught up with me.

I not making that mistake again.


I might not have 1600 calories (recommended) exactly but it might do 1300 - 1400, JUST FOR CONTROL..lol

I am on it, this time its for real.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
