I HIT ONE OF MY MILESTONES!!! I am down over 15lbs now!!

Skipped breakfast, woke up late. Took the parents for a drive down to a really nice state park. Walked slowly around for about 45 minutes, then sat down and had a picnic. It was a nice day. Not a lot of exercise, and a lot of driving, but... I am planning on digesting my food and then doing my Wii workout. I am hoping for 30 minutes. Once the parents leave, I will bump the workouts back up to around an hour, but if I can get at least 30 minutes in, then I feel like I did something.

Lost another 2lbs according to the scale this morning. So, I got to eat some of my Stouffer's Mac and Cheese today! I only ate one serving, which was only 350 calories, so it wasn't bad. I still am not over my limit for today so I get a snack later on!

I figured by now I don't give a crap about late night snacking... I try to eat pretty healthy and if I want to indulge in some 100 calorie packs late at night, or a mini babybel or some yogurt, then I'm going to. It's not going to break the bank. Plus I'm a night owl so I wake up late, eat late, and stay up later.

Anyway, tomorrow is Zombie Jesus Day (Easter for you religious types), so we're going to have some ham, and I bought some steaks as well, but other than that, everything will be healthy. Parents are leaving Monday, it's been kind of a struggle but I love them being around. I wish they were just closer by so I could visit them more often, but for shorter periods of time, lol.

Congrats!!! I hope you're really proud of yourself. You're doing such a wonderful job. And when situations aren't really that conducive to losing weight, too! Way to go. Keep up the great work. It inspires me : ) (and I think ALL family has the same affect on me - wish they were closer for visiting, but the in your face for extended periods of time get to be a bit much!)
