I feel fantastic! I turned up the resistance on the Beast but still did 11 miles in 45 minutes. I finished the first 10 1/2 in 40 minutes and the last 1/2 mile as a cool down. Everyday I have to make myself motivated to exercise (thanks to the bipolar) but once I get started I feel great. The sense of accomplishment I feel afterward, along with the rush of endorphines, makes it all worth while. The 20 minute ride outside with the kids today was great too. We all had such a great time...even the teenagers - and I didn't think that was possible!

I thought of you today as I made myself get on my bike at home. :) I did 7 miles in 30 minutes. Wanted to push myself further but it was pushing myself just to get on the damn thing! ;) Glad you had such a great day...with the family especially! Have a great Easter tomorrow (if you celebrate)!

I just had a great chuckle over that! 7 miles in 30 minutes is fantastic...it took me a week before I could do that!!! I'd say you did very well indeed. Keep up the good work and thanks for making me smile!
