I can tell I'm on board with this weight loss thing. I had a sandwich today for lunch using bread that was 30 calories more a slice than I normally eat. Normally the bread I eat is 50 calories a slice but today it was 80 calories a slice. You would have thought it was 1000 calories a slice. It was hard to choke down the extra 60 calories :(
