Today was a OK day. Didnt end too well. Had a good day eating and exercise wise but when I was at the gym (for the second time today) my "friend" decided to visit me. WTF? I haven't seen my "friend" for 3 months now. Thought I was menopausal! Grrrrr....now dont feel so well. Finished dinner......now to relax. Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better. Hope everyone is well.
